AJD Classic Trade Stand and Vendors

Please fill in the below to the best of your ability to apply for a Trade Stand or Food Vendor spot for All Japan Day Classic 2025 which will be held on Sunday the 30th of November. Expected duration for these stands is 10am to 3pm with additional time for setup and packup.

Please describe your Trade Stand or Food Vendor Stand. Please also state if you currently have a permit/agreement with Birdwood Motor Museum

Each stand and food vendor is provided with a 3 x 3 M space. If you require more than a 3 x 3 please let us know below:

Please advise if you require space for your tow vehicle next to your trailer or if your trade stand will have cars on display so we can allow space for these (include dimensions)

I understand that I am applying to have a trade stand or food vendor stand. Applications and acceptances are handled by the committee. There will be a cost involved which will be explained before confirming attendance. Food Vendors may require a permit from the local council which needs to be confirmed by the Food Vendor and responsibility lies with the Food Vendor. I also understand that the council and/or Museum may require that I have public liability insurance.
